    Company founded by Shri Bhushan Garg, with PANJON, Richardson Hindustan as Associates.

  2. 1988-89

    Added Boost , Gillette , Emami , Balsara , Nicholas Piramal , Britannia. Started Van coverage in whole of Raipur and Jagdalpur Districts.

  3. 1990

    Got an opportunity from Gillette as Carrying and Forwarding Agent. Added Geep & Wimco in the same year.

  4. 1991

    Added Procter & Gamble as C&F Agent. Continued as Stockist also.

  5. 1992

    Became Super Distributor for Gillette. Thus at the same time we were operating as Distributors, Super Distributors and C & F Agent.

  6. 1993

    Added TTK and Beauty Cosmetics as C&F Agent.

  7. 1994

    Business multiplied with merger of P&G and Godrej.

  8. 1995

    CFA and Transport Business started under BENGAL LOGISTICS Banner for East and North-East India.

  9. 1996

    Added Wilkinson under the Gillette Umbrella. Became Super Distributors for P&G.

  10. 1997

    Added Duracell and Luxor under Gillette umbrella.

  11. 1998

    Added Kodak & Godfrey Phillips. Started Media operations with ESPN marketing Star Sports, added Sony and Zee in the same year.

  12. 1999

    Added Heinz , Dabur and Colgate. In Media operations distribution for TNT and News Television (Star) were added.

  13. 2000

    Further added CFA of Balsara and Camlin. Started construction of world class warehouse for Kodak with facilities like Heavy duty racks, Fork lift, Imported Bohn make refrigeration units and Puf Panel insulation.

  14. 2001

    Completed construction of first phase godowns at Logistic Park. Added Glaxo Smithkline, Duncans, Kirloskar, Honda and Sakthi Masala.

  15. 2002

    Added Kelloggs, Finolex Cables, Muller & Phillip, Parle Products & Bharat Petroleum Company Ltd.

  16. 2003

    Primary Transport Business started under SATABDI CARRIERS Banner.

  17. 2004

    Added VST Industries, Dorcas Market Makers Ltd., Suraksha Products Ltd.

  18. 2005

    Added Asian Paints, Bhaskar Salt, Avon Beauty Products, Marico Industries and Chouksey Chemicals. Started operations of Parle Buiscuits in Kolkata as CFA for West Bengal.

  19. 2006

    CFA & Transport Business started under BENGAL LOGISTICS Banner for East and North-East India, : Added Superseal, Qasar Healthcare, East India Pharmaceuticals & VVD Industries.

  20. 2007

    Started Superdistribution for Vi-John and C&F operations of New Holland Tractors, & Zenith Fire Products.

  21. 2008

    Started CFA operations of Okaya Batteries, Haldiram (Kolkata), Loreal , Greenlam and Cargo handling operations for Kingfisher Airlines.

  22. 2009

    Started CFA operations of Adani Wilmar. Started depot operations for Parle in Bilaspur. Started CFA operations of Titan Industries , Godrej Hershey’s, Godrej Consumer , Godrej Saralee and Paras Pharma.

  23. 2010

    Started CFA operations of Ruchi Soya in Raipur and Kolkata.

  24. 2011

    Started CFA operations of Reckitt Benckiser, Birla Tyres and Goodricke Tea. Completed construction of another 60000 sq.ft in Raipur and started constructing 40000 sq.ft warehouse in Bilaspur.

  25. 2012

    Started CFA operations of Gandour India, Amara Raja Batteries, Kellogg's India Ltd., Jyothy Laboratories Ltd.

  26. 2013

    Started CFA operations of Pidilite Ltd, Ratnasagar,Tata batteries, Polycab Cables & Started Primary transportation from south India.

  27. 2014

    Started CFA operations of Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd, Tata Chemicals Ltd.( Raipur, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar & Guwahati), BPCL (Surat).

  28. 2015

    Started CFA operation of Ti-Cycle at Kolkata.

  29. 2016

    Started CFA operation of Rasna International & Akzo Nobal India Ltd (Dulux Paint).

  30. 2017

    Added Modi Naturals, ltd.
